Tatters Creek Embroidery is a woman-owned business based in the small community of Dixie Inn, Louisiana, about 30 miles east of Shreveport. In 2007, Renee Broden, owner and chief operator, started Tatters Creek Embroidery when she purchased a small embroidery shop in Bossier City. The business rapidly took on a life of its own and we moved into our shop in Dixie Inn. We've since grown to include state of the art digitizing software, heat presses, a second embroidery machine, vinyl cutter and our new NGL laser.
Beginning August 1, 2012 we will have a kiosk at The Louisiana Boardwalk. We will be using our location for retail products and as a pickup and drop off point in Bossier City. We are located on the Main Street under the Texas St. bridge, near Bass Pro Shops and the new Margaritaville Resort.
No job is too large or small -- whether it's one name on a baby blanket or 500 caps we will meet your needs with our creativite, enthusiastic and phenomenal customer service.
Our product offerings have expanded to include many forms of apparel decoration including embroidery, tackle twill (a fancy term for applique), heat press vinyl, rhinestones, and our newest laser etching. "If it stays still long enough, we'll embellish it!" That's our way of saying that we can embellish almost anything ~ tell us what you're looking for, and we'll find a way to help you! We also offer affordable alternatives to embroidery -- we can order and number your team uniforms, create spirit shirts for the crowd, or come up with completely customized logos to go on whatever you need.
Embellishment isn't limited to clothing ~ some of the other items we've embroidered or decorated ... blankets, hats, bookmarks, tote bags, aprons, dog collars, horse blankets, backpacks ~ the sky is the limit!!
